The Fantastic Foods concept started after several years working as a manager in a fast food business and background in food and hotel management. The idea of being mobile and catering to customers in different locations was the real reason for starting this business.
We currently have two mobile vehicles that service the Mid South area. After my first mobile vehicle was up and serving our customers I wanted to start designing and building food trucks as a consultant. Even though that’s still my goal but I’m enjoying serving our customers from my second mobile vehicle, the Fantastic Foods Truck.
